We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Boutique Manager to join our Melbourne team full time.

The Role:

As Boutique Manager, you will be the face of our Melbourne store—leading a small team and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm, memorable experience. Your love for jewellery, attention to detail, and ability to inspire those around you will make you a perfect fit.

What you'll be doing:

Lead and motivate the boutique team 

Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service and aftercare to our loyal clients

Manage daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising

Foster lasting relationships with clients, including bespoke and bridal services

Coordinate with HQ on stock, marketing initiatives, and product launches

Maintain a beautiful and welcoming boutique environment at all times

 

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably fine jewellery

Strong leadership and communication skills

Customer-centric, with a passion for storytelling and service

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident using business software including Xero and Shopify

A love for fine jewellery and a keen eye for aesthetics

We are seeking passionate, client-focused Store Assistant's to join our Sydney team part time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring each visit is a memorable experience.
  • Team Support: Work alongside our Melbourne team to contribute to a positive, motivating environment for both staff and clients.
  • Brand Representation: Lead by example in upholding our brand values of ethical and transparent handmade jewellery.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries, feedback, and sales with efficiency and a can-do attitude.

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for jewellery and an enthusiasm for handmade and ethical craftsmanship.
  • Exceptional people skills and a natural ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Previous experience in the jewellery industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Mondays from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM initially, with flexibility and the possibility of additional shifts ongoing.
