We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior Bench Jeweller to join our Sydney team full time.

What you'll be doing:

  • Performing a range of bench jewellery tasks such as soldering, sizing, stone setting, and polishing

  • Assisting senior jewellers with the fabrication and repair of fine jewellery items

  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficient workflow

  • Collaborating with the design team to bring their visions to life

  • Adhering to strict quality control standards to deliver exceptional results

  • Continually expanding your skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and development

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a bench jeweller or in a similar role

  • A strong technical understanding of jewellery making techniques and tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality

  • Dexterity and precision in manual tasks

  • A passion for fine jewellery and a desire to continuously learn and improve

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

 


We are seeking passionate, client-focused Store Assistant's to join our Sydney team part time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring each visit is a memorable experience.
  • Team Support: Work alongside our Melbourne team to contribute to a positive, motivating environment for both staff and clients.
  • Brand Representation: Lead by example in upholding our brand values of ethical and transparent handmade jewellery.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries, feedback, and sales with efficiency and a can-do attitude.

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine passion for jewellery and an enthusiasm for handmade and ethical craftsmanship.
  • Exceptional people skills and a natural ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Previous experience in the jewellery industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Mondays from 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM initially, with flexibility and the possibility of additional shifts ongoing.
