We do not refund, but will gladly exchange for another item of equal value within 14 days of sale. Any jewellery that has been personalised, worn, altered or resized will not be exchanged.
RETURNS & REPAIRS
We want you to love wearing your pieces as much as we love making them. All of our jewellery, apart from fine chains, is made in house. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We pride ourselves on our workmanship and offer a 24 month warranty. Our warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence. Any repairs or work not done by Sarah Gardner fine jewellery will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover loss, accidental breakage and general wear and tear.
For all returns via postage, please get in touch with usat email@example.com obtain an RA Number. This must be written on the outside of your mailer. Please ship with signature on delivery and tracking information in order to insure your repair arrives safely.
